A Powerful Chrome Extension for SEO Experts

This used to be great at summarizing YouTube videos. Now it doesn't work. At all. Worthless.

It was a good extension, I paid for it, this is my second year that I extended my subscription. However, it is not working anymore. I give all the details including screen shots to their support, they are NOT doing anything about it. They are good taking your money and NOT providing the service for it. There was a guy, supposedly looking into it, Shubhankit he just closed the ticket and left it alone doing nothing about it. This is a horrible service. They have all the details, they know about it, and simply ignoring. UNACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON YOU MERLIN AI PEOPLE.

For past two weeks, Merlin extension has not been working in Google Chrome browser for Writing personalised connection requests, posts and comments on LinkedIn. Please help to get this resolved.

Working fine but now from two days it does not working in my google chrome. I don't know why? I have reinstall it many times but it does not work at all. Please fix the issue.

Would not let me log in on the extension until I uninstalled it and re-installed. And then didn't provide some of the advertised features.

They've started limiting their PRO users so that it's no longer unlimited. False advertising.

It's SO SLOW. Every single question takes over 30 seconds to start populating an answer. Even simple questions like "calculate dimensions for ..." I've been consistently using it for 2 weeks and it's not getting any better.. note, I'm on a paid plan using Merlin magic

It kept prompting me for payment, but since the main features didn't have a trial option, I decided to switch to TinaMind, where all the premium features are offered at a reasonable price.

the new update sucks

Many useful function and AI models to select. Need improve the UI/UX to smother and make the current function like searching and project to be excellent. The browser extension needs to be care now, a lot of bugs, lagging. And nothing else to be complain.

The context menu in Chrome is quite limited; it needs quick actions like summarizing, rewriting, translating, asking questions based on selected text, explaining.

This platform assists me with so many things from its wide variety of different kinds of AI tools and I am amazed how accessible it is as an extension tool. It's incredible!

Overall Merlin is best. The only issue it has is when I use it on my M3 Mac and do a google search, it increases the CPU usage by 20-30% and starts heating. The moment, I close the tab with google search, it stops consuming high resources.

This Ai App is very straightforward and very useful. And fast.

Waste of time and money with useless responses. Questioning disgusting and even dangerous hallucinations counts as queries and uses up credits (15 points in one go in the extension). Payment spam is littered all over the UI with confusingly different pricing everywhere. YouTube summary is lame compared to Google's free NotebookLM. Unable to summarise pdf, which NotebookLM does perfectly. Not someone I would trust with my payment details. I have wasted a bit of time to find the option to unsubscribe and have all my date deleted, but it seems such an option doesn't exist. Developer, please respond.

Its good, but I almost wished it did a bit less -> felt overwhelmed by the constant surfacing. Opted for GOAT AI Summarizer for now

It's excellent but doesn't support Traditional Chinese typing very well. Hope this would get fixed

Its too invasive and doesn't work a lot of times. Also can't get it to work on PDFs sometimes. GOAT AI summarizer is my goto for a reliable and high quality summarizer, and it works everywhere too.

When the Chrome Extension is Active, ChatGPT login page cannot be authorized and load. Not sure among all my 20 extensions, only Merlin causes this issue. It took me days to find out that this was the cause. Deleting this real time. Seriously hate it!

I just got their Pro tier and happy with it so far. Only complaint is the extension and the web get logged out too quickly. so cumbersome to always re log in. Please help to make login remains longer.
